As part of our continued commitment to enhancing our fac ilities and creating a more comfortable guest experience,
the Thani Lobby will be temporarily closed for renovation from 01–30 September 2026.
The renovation will include the replacement of flooring at the lobby entrance and throughout the lobby hall, along with general refurbishment to refresh the space.
During the temporary closure, check-in will be available at the following locations:
• Junior Suite Oceanfront, Grand Suite and Royal Thani Suite: Vhari Wing Lobby
• Family Suite: Bhuri Wing Lobby
• Junior Suite: Vhari Wing Lobby or Bhuri Wing Lobby
Guests booked in a Junior Suite may check in at either lobby. Please refer to the resort map above for the locations of the Vhari and Bhuri Wing Lobbies,
including their designated vehicle drop-off and pick-up points.
Directional signage will be provided throughout the resort, and our team will be available to assist you upon arrival.
To minimise the impact on our guests, rooms located close to the renovation area will remain unoccupied, and screening panels will be installed
to keep the work area out of view.
While every effort will be made to limit disruption, some construction activity and associated noise may occasionally
be experienced during working hours.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while these improvements are underway.
