Would like to provide you with an update on the current situation at our hotel
following the heavy rainfall in Karon District on 23 August:
Some areas of the hotel experienced flooding; however, there was no severe damage. We have completed the cleanup of the affected areas within the hotel and the road outside.
The Kids Club has undergone repairs and will reopen on 27 August 2024 in its original location.
Two of our six swimming pools that were affected by the flooding will resume operation on 27 August 2024, following thorough water testing to ensure safety.
All other facilities at the hotel are operating as normal.

The swimming pool has resumed normal operations after completing water testing, and our guests are now enjoying their holiday.
The Kid's Club has been moved back to its original location.
