"We would like to personally thank you and your wonderful staff for a truly memorable holiday and perfect wedding day.
A special mention should be made of two very special ladies, Supaphan and Satinee. They are both truly committed and passionate about their jobs, and we are so grateful for all the hard work and attention to detail that they put into the planning of our wedding day. Both Supaphan and Satinee were always so happy and smiling and were so pleasant to work with. These two ladies truly are an asset to your team at the Katathani and both deserve to be commended for the excellent job that they do.
The majority of our wedding was organized by email. Both Supaphan and Satinee replied promptly to our emails, with nothing being too much trouble. We met with them on our arrival at the hotel for a final run down and met with the MC, Trio Band, DJ, Hairdresser and Functions Coordinator. Supaphan and Satinee were so organized, and everything fell into place nicely. We were very clear of how we wanted things, and both ladies were very accommodating of our requests.
On the day, everything went to plan and we could not fault a single thing. The hair and makeup that had been organize with "Te" was perfect, and just how I had envisaged. I had an image in my head as to how I would like my hair, but could not find a photo in a magazine. Te asked what my dress looked like and came up with a beautiful style for me which I really did love.
The bouquets and flower arrangements were spectacular and the ceremony was certainly like a fairytale wedding…everything was just perfect. The attention to detail was amazing. We are still amazed at how beautiful everything looked.
The MC William Smith, should also be mentioned. We had comment from one of our guests that he was one of the best MC's that he has seen at a wedding. He was both accommodating to our wishes but offered his professional advice as well which was much appreciated.
We had the Trio band play on our arrival at the reception and during dinner. They all had beautiful voices and really did help to create a relaxed atmosphere. The Trio band learned a number of songs that we had requested for our entry song and cake cutting in under one week, which was amazing. Our only regret is that we didn't have the trio band for longer. Many of our wedding guests commented on how great they were.
The chefs should be commended on the superb canapés at the cocktail reception, our wedding cake and dinner at the evening reception. Also we would like to thank the wait staff for the exceptional food and beverage service that they provided. They were very attentive, accommodating any requests that we had promptly and best of all they kept the beers nice and cold.
The reception venue, was also spectacular. We held the reception at the beach club, the weather was perfect and with all the lights and candles it looked so magical at night. Again, the attention to detail at the ceremony was excellent.
Thank you to the clever housekeeping who decorated our room so beautifully…it was a lovely surprise to come back to the room after the reception to see all the beautiful flowers they had arranged.
The honeymoon dinner by the sea was also beautiful….such effort had gone into the planning of the dinner, and it made for a magical night.
Last but not least we would like to thank the photographer and videographer for capturing our memories so beautifully. We are so happy with both the photos and DVD movie, and would like to thank you for getting them to us so quickly.
Once again, thank you to you and your staff for helping to make our wedding day so beautiful, a day we will cherish always. Both ourselves and our guests all had a wonderful stay at the Katathani and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the wedding. Many of our guests have already told us that they plan on returning to the Katathani again soon.
We look forward to returning to the Katathani for our 4 th visit.
