These terms and conditions govern your use of the katathani.com web site and your relationship with Katathani Phuket Beach Resorts ("Katathani, we or us"). These terms and conditions affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the web site. This web site is for your personal use only. As a condition to use this web site, you agree not to modify, copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, create derivative works from or sell information obtained from this web site. You also agree that you will not use this web site for any purpose that may be in violation of any law or prohibited by these terms and conditions. All material on the web site is protected by copyright, trade mark, database and other intellectual property rights, and belongs to Katathani.

2. Availability of the Web Site
This web site is available worldwide to anyone with Internet access. However, the web site may not be continuously available due to maintenance or computer problems, disruption in Internet service or other unforeseen circumstances.

Whilst Katathani endeavors to ensure that the information provided on the web site is accurate and timely, the information is of a general nature and Katathani cannot guarantee that the information will be suitable to your circumstances or adequate to meet your particular requirements. Katathani cannot accept any responsibility for errors or omissions beyond its reasonable control that may affect any of the information provided on the web site.

7. Online Reservation/Occupancy
If you use the Katathani Online Reservation facility set out in the Site, terms and conditions regarding availability, prices and cancellation apply to each room rate quoted and you should read carefully the room rate details that are provided before proceeding to complete your reservation. Any special needs must be notified at the time of reservation but will not be guaranteed.

All reservations are subject to availability. If you cancel your reservation after the cancellation deadline indicated your credit/charge card will be debited for the value that is specified in the cancellation policy.

8. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The courts of Thailand shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any non-arbitrable dispute arising out of this agreement and that only Katathani shall retain the rights to bring proceedings against you to the courts of Thailand.

9. General
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by the courts of Thailand, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
