Your holiday will only be perfect with perfect sleep! That is why we offer a free service for changing your mattress and pillow to suit personal preference.
   
Allergic to any food? You can dine in comfort knowing that chefs are happy to customize your dining experience.
   

Upon waking on the middle of the night, do you crave our fruit parfait or sirloin steak? Just dial room service and the food you were dreaming about will arrive at your doorstep in minutes!

   
If you forget personal items such as your toothbrush or comb, please inform us and we will be happy to send the item to your room! 
   

The Star Award Program:
This is a program to recognize those staff who achieve the proverbial "next level" about serving guests. Guests and peers are encouraged to nominate staff who deliver exceptional service. The Star Award program is design to nurture hospitality which unites and rewards our family of staff in elated festivity.
