"Dear Katathani Hotel Manager and Staff,

From 24-26 May 2007, I brought 20 of my classmates from the MBA program at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles to the Katathani Hotel.  It was the most incredible experience, and many of us cannot stop talking about it nearly three months later!  I am so thankful to the Katathani staff for the wonderful stay.
I grew up in Thailand and have been to Phuket before, but for my classmates it was their first time.  I was so proud of the way that your hotel welcomed them (including a huge banner that said "Welcome University Group!").   The service went beyond any of our expectations.  We loved the Cinnamon restaurant, the beautiful wide beach, the fun little swimming pools located around the hotel, and so much more.  I would like to especially thank Khun Janjira, Khun Arichaya and Khun Supaphan for helping with our reservations.

 Thank you again for living up to the meaning of Thai service, and for a truly amazing experience.  As we graduate from our program and enter the world of business, we will surely be recommending your hotel to all the people we come across."
