I am writing this letter to offer our sincere thanks, regarding a recent holiday at the Katathani Phuket Beach Resort during October. I felt it very important to highlight the wonderful service and assistance offered by all your staff which ensured our third visit was as enjoyable as the first.

In particular, I would like to highlight the due care and attention offered by your Customer Relations Manager, Nicole Scheidegger.

Nicole’s hospitality and wonderful nature ensured our stay was one of high standards. She was wonderful in ensuring the finer details of our stay were well and truly addressed. I strongly believe these qualities are the deciding factors that enable us to make an easy decision when holiday destinations are discussed.

One particular mention is the man on the door of the Bhuri hotel who works every day except Sundays.... What a lovely kind and helpful man and we will not forget his smiling face and lovely nature.
